The food here was delicious, however, being English there was a communication problem. And I also feel the waitor was distracted by other guests... Dispite pointing out what we wanted on the menu, we received food we didn't order.... The waitor was very quick to rectify it, but, being typical English we smiled our way through 2 pizzas, a massive bowl of salad ( very fresh) mixed grill and a bowl of chips.. It was a man vs food challenge for sure!
I certainly recommend the place, just be clear on the ordering

Adorable family run establishment with incredible pastas and a family atmosphere. All the food was delicious. The raspberry and chocolate cake was to die for. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our meal. Would definitely return.

Trattoria Jole is one of the best restaurants in San Marino's city centre. It is rarely crowded and as it is very small you can really enjoy your food as in the intimacy of one's home. The restaurant has an extremely welcoming vintage design, and as you step in you are immediately immersed in a typically Sammarinese ambiance. The menu is outstanding as you can really choose anything. The tagliatelle are delicious, the pizza fine, the fried lamb ribs outstanding, and the hamburger is very unique as it is cooked with local ingredients such as Caciotta cheese and Sammarinese bread (the burger is probably the best offered in any of the town's restaurants). What I really appreciated was the service as it was super efficient and the waiters were incredibly kind and friendly! The restaurant is located in a very ancient road, yet hid from San Marino's main attractions, something which enables you to take a break from the groups of tourists which sort of invade the town during busy periods of the year. Overall, the Trattoria is one of the top restaurants in San Marino.

We walked past this restaurant and noticed there was no seats available. We went in anyway, and found that there was seating upstairs.
The food was really nice, we both got pizzas. The staff were pleasant and it didn't take long for our food to come
