One of our favorite lunches in Rome! Everything is freshly made. You can eat there or take away, we did both! It is very close to the Vatican Museums and the Basilica. Definitely stop in!!

Vatican city lacks on good restaurant options. Those streets around the city walls are full of awful restaurants, typical traps for tourists.
I really don´t know what is wrong with all those people who had wrote good reviews about this place.
We had read about this place on tripadvisor and decided to try it out. What a huge disapointment. I went fot the "famous" sausage sauce" pasta. It felt like I was eating a paper made pasta with water sauce. It tasted like nothing. You got eat at a very dirty street. I´m sure his holiness the Pope would never eat at this place lol

If you are looking for something quick to pick up on the way back to your hotel after a long day at the Vatican than this is the place. Fresh pasta and sauces. Generous portions and a friendly staff.

Don't understand the hype about their carbonara, although I think the bacon is finely cooked. Some Pasta was slightly undercooked. I find it rather salty as a whole
