We stayed here for 3 nights, and the location was very good. The rooms are quite modern (Ours had 2 floors) but not that big. It was very cozy but very warm. There was no A/C (Or at least it didn't work), and as it was in summer, it was much needed. The bed was comfortable.
The staff (There were only 3 people) was very friendly.
Overall, I would recommend it. I don't think you can find another hotel with this prices and this location in Rome.

Dear Customer,

we thank you for choosing TangoHotel of Rome and for writing your good review.
A/C is even in both levels of the room, and it works very well, maybe you didn't turn on. We try to help all our Customers when we know the problem.

Overall the hotel was nice - not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but one I would recommend. We got a good price, and the value was worth it. The hotel is small, and the staff are generally friendly. I think it was a good example of a cozy, friendly 3 star hotel.
The two story rooms (bed in loft) was unique.
The Prati neighborhood is away from some of the historic sites, but we enjoyed walking through the city. There was shopping and restaurants in the neighborhood, most of which were good and better priced than other places in Rome.

Firstly, the room was nice, split on two levels which made it more spacious. The bed was very comfy (it was two singles pushed together which did separate, although didn't cause too much of a problem) the rain shower was amazing, and the toilet amenities was good. Having sky in the room was a plus, came in handy when the Mrs was getting ready. Breakfast was good, Nutella croissants were amazing. The location was good, close to the Vatican and a metro/tram stop only a few minutes away.

The downside was the wifi, it wasn't great, only could connect when I was on the lower level. The other downside was no coffee/tea facilities in the room (although you are able to go to the breakfast room where coffee was available whenever.

But what makes Tangohotel great was the service. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Marco was super helpful and knew the area well which he gave recommendations on places to eat and when to visit certain attractions. The service is main selling point to this hotel, better then some of the 'fancier' hotels.

Deffo recommend.

The hotel is a modern retreat hidden away in a courtyard close to the Vatican. The room, bed, TV (sky tv), shower, and the rest of the hotel are very clean and modern. Some reviews say you can hear the other rooms but we stayed 2 nights and didn't hear a thing even with a full hotel. The room had two air con units so airflow was great and all controls are from the bed. The breakfast is Italian in style but enough to have a decent amount as its a buffet. The hosts are lovely and caring. They make you coffee anytime of the day and night and are on call with their knowledge of the area.

This place is so cool! Split on two floors, and my friend and I like different sleeping temps, so I just slept on the couch downstairs while she took the main room. Amazing shower, super close to everything, great breakfast, and the guys at the front desk were above and beyond helpful, even recommending a few great restaurants close by. I would totally book this place if I got to come back to Rome!
