Spent 4 days in Rome in September and stayed here - the Villa is situated in the grounds of the Irish College and hidden away behind a large wooden door on a quiet street - simple en-suite rooms with great friendly welcome - breakfast included. Loved the quiet seclusion and the garden with an outdoor swimming pool (open 2pm-6pm only) - wonderful asset and perfect for the heat of Rome in Summer - never more than 4 or 5 people at the pool. The Villa is a short walk from St Johns in Lateran (metro close by) and about 10mins on foot from the Colosseum - lots of small local restaurants nearby are open late. Just loved it - and would recommend this little piece of Ireland in Rome!

Room tip: Wonderful chapel in the Irish College for mass on Sunday

Connected to the Irish priest college next door this is a great place to stay and a nice walking distance from the sites. However don't go in august as Rome is very hot. Very nice church on site also with public mass on Sunday

The location is great and so close to many important sites, the staff are very friendly and will always go out of their way to help. Very peaceful and at night you wouldn't hear a sound despite being in the centre of a vey busy City.
Would and hope to use again, you never see all that needs to be seen in Rome.

For a three night stay in Rome this was the perfect accommodation. Central, excellent facilities, safe & secure location. Continental breakfast - a delicious selection of breads, cheese, cold meat, croissants, pastries, fruit juice etc.

The location was great, a short walk to the Colosseum, yet It is really quiet and safe. The room and the bathroom were very clean and extra pillows/towels a bonus. Breakfast was continental but loads to eat. A metro ride to the Vatican. We walked and walked! went to mass Sunday morning and met a young couple who were married the previous day. Had a wonderful stay.
