Me and my partner visited here last week and had a lovley 4 days in rome.
• John lucas the manager very welcoming and helpful with sites to visit, providing a number to contact with any problems 24hrs a day. Also very helpful arranging transport back to airport for us.
•Breakfast delivered to room each day very efficient and on time (you can request a time its delivered each morning.)
•Room very clean and had room service each day (fresh towels, beds made ect)
•Good location however street noisy at night which cant be helped.
• Safe, fridge and coffee facilities in room.
• Bathroom big and spacious, shower very good.

•Three different keys into the building and room very frustrating.
•Walls separating rooms very thin so could hear our neighbours using toilet ect.
• Although the bath and Jacuzzi inside the bathroom a really nice touch to the room and was very relaxing, when the bubbles were turned on, the smell from it wasnt nice at all (like rotten eggs), like it needed a good clean inside. Also plug extremley difficult to get in and out of bath so would not be good for people with mobility problems as had to lean over into to deep bath to put in and out each time.
Overall though a lovley place to stay and would stay here again.

My daughter, her partner and me stayed at the Cardilli Luxury Rooms for 2 nights of our stay In Italy, it was a beautiful experience mainly made by the host John Luca who could not do enough for us. The rooms were spacious, bright and comfortable with a fully equipped shower room. You had choice of eating in the small dining room outside or having your breakfast brought to you in your room x a wonderful experience.

Home away from home! The most beautiful B & B i ever been! Clean beautiful rooms, bathroom is big as size of room with beautiful bathtub . Gianluca made our stay memorable one. He was so helpful with everything since the moment we arrived! Breakfast was so delicious and i had the best cappuccino i ever had. Our check out was at 11 but the best host Gianluca kept our luggage until was time to go to aeroport which gave us more time to explore ... also he called and reserved a car for us to take us to the aeroport with good price. The place is in best location near everything... we walked from Roma Termini to the place! Definitely will stay again when I’m in Rome!

Gianluca was an excellent host. Very informative & helpful when we arrived. Also allowed us to store luggage in the apartment for about 5 hours on last day as we had a late flight. Property is in a good location, equidistant from Colusseum & Trevi Fountain. Nice restaurant just round the corner and a mini supermarket next door; handy for snacks & drinks. Rome is an amazing city with so much to see and do. I would definitely recommend staying in these apartments to any couple, and would happily stay there again if & when we go back to Rome.

I read on several sites on the Internet and the place is ranked high for no reason.
We came to a room that looked beautiful and new but smelled of mold.
The shower looks luxurious and large but the smell is unbearable.
The owner is not there most of the time and there is no one that can help you .
He promised that he would clean it up, but for four nights we simply slept with an open window in the cold so that we could breathe.
The nightmare took place on the last day when suddenly it turned out that there was no hot water. In the middle of the shower the water became ice and only after an hour and a half
The person in charge answered us and told some fictional story. The bottom line was that two people did not shower that day and the third suffered from cold and had shampoo on her head.
Not recommended at all!
