Owner description: Certainly the most famous and photographed fountain in Rome, legend has it that whoever throws a coin into the pond will return to Rome.

The Trevi Fountain is a must see while in Rome, but it was not one of our favorites due to the large crowd. It is difficult to get a good look and to have a moment to take it all in with the large number of people present at all times of the day and night. Be prepared to fight the crowd if want to take a closer look, and be sure to keep an eye on your belongings, as the area is known for pickpockets.

I’ve been before but we picked the wrong time and it was so crowded you could not see properly or take decent photos. Strongly recommend you try and avoid peak times. It’s is impressive but just could not enjoy it when shoving and pushing for a place

You cannot leave Rome without a visit to see the Trevi Fountain. Its spectacular and well worth fighting through the crowd to get close! You must be somewhat careful in the surrounding area because of the crowds and gypsies who try to stop you, but the area is full of fun and great places to eat!

The Trevi fountain is one of those places you must see in Rome! The carvings and statues are simply beautiful! It’s always crowded- so be careful of pickpockets! Work your way down to get a better picture!

Before visiting I didn't really get how huge this monument is. It's impressive and in such a small enclosed corner off Rome.
Loads of tourist as everywhere in Rome but it's really worth waiting for a decent photo.
Amazing how the water it uses comes from 19km away. As with all of Rome do a little research before / during visiting places as it adds to the story!!
