The location of the guesthouse was close to everything. We could walk to the train station, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, everything. The room was clean. We did not spend a lot of time in the room, only to sleep but the time there was pleasant.

Super warm and welcoming host. Was very helpful and provided us with assistance whenever needed. Provided a delicious array of breakfast selection. Place was clean and tidy. The location of the place was fantastic, less than 1 min away from Roma Termini. Convenient place to stay Location was very safe and secure.

The building is just a few steps from Termini Station so it was very handy to get public transports to move around Rome. The room was very clean, breakfast was very good and the hostess was very polite.

Excellent service, staff very helpful, very good breakfast. A little noisy. The location is good near Termini station. The room and bathroom were very clean. Great deal considering price and value at this hotel.

Opposite Termini train station and airport bus stop, Builiding looks old from the outside but when you take the lift to the 2nd floor where the guesthouse is situated the rooms are totally new , spacious, (20 square metres) comfortable, with TV, mini fridge for putting your water bottles etc. The bathroom is also new with a large shower, hairdryer and small bottles of bath gel.
The towels and room are cleaned every day, There is also a new air conditioning unit ,
on the wall, Breakfast is served from 7 to 9 in the small reception area which only seats about 3 people but breakfast can be taken to your room. The breakfast was very good with a choice of 10 brands from the Nespresso capsules, There is also a choice of fruit juice, croissants, biscuits, ham, cheese, salami, different bread and jams, cereals, boiled or sometimes scrambled eggs,
The owners are Chinese and speak broken Italian (very basic) but the son speaks a bit of English, I spoke Italian and a bit of English and had no problem with communicating as they are very friendly and hospitable and try their best to make you feel welcome.
There are only about 5 rooms in the guesthouse so it is never very crowded. The area where the guesthouse is located is very multicultural and at night there are quite a few South Americans drinking in the street. I wouldn´t say it is the best area in Rome but it´s ok as a base., Me and my 14 year old son walked around in the evening without any problems and there are many different places to eat

Room Tip: I was at the front opposite the station but as the windows are double glazed there was noise.
