A typical Italian neighbourhood restaurant. The food was OK but nothing special. The selection of the meat off the grill was not that tempting but whatever available was pretty good. The service was good and the prices were quite reasonable. Unfortunately the wine list does not exist and you only get served with their own house wine which it was OK.

I stay in this neighborhood often. Several times I wanted to go to this restaurant. The people are rude, dismissive and arrogant. The 25euro fixed price is a sham, and that’s without wine. You can eat in finer restaurants with great quality at other places. A person who lives in the neighborhood told me not to go. I wish I had read the reviews first. Stay away and get treated better with so many more options than this restaurant.

If you favor quantity over quality, then go ahead and eat here. You will certainly leave full. But do not expect fine food.
Four appetizers were served to start. The baked beans were good, but a thin slice of mortadella served on a plain bun is not my idea of an appetizer. Ditto thin slices of anemic tomatoes on toasted bread. Pretty tasteless.
The pasta course was okay.
The oxtail main I chose was very chewy, not melt in your mouth the way they were served at Il Colibri the night before. It came accompanied by a mixed salad which was fresh.
No cozy atmosphere. More a sports bar feel.

This nice restaurant offers your fixed dinners 25 euros/person, drinks/wines etc, not included. Some options possible e.g. primi's and secondi's Stuff was ok, although all italian ''friends'' seem to get more service. No problem but striking.

They have a fixed 25€ menu but you can skip that and just order what locals eat. We ate there during lunch and their cacio e pepe was the best one we tried in Rome, everything was nice but I didn't like the fact that all of that was without the bill, you just go inside and they tell you how much you need to pay, fortunately for our 3 dishes it wasn't much but that was the only thing i didn't like
