We spent four great days visiting Napoli. The choice of Week-end a Napoli was just perfect! The location in Vomero is close to public transportation for the most famous places to visit. There is also a lot to see around in a walking distance.
We were kindly coached by Patrizia & Paolo who gave us assistance for booking restaurants (even translating the menu!), finding the best guide, giving us many precious touristic advices etc..
And we felt at home in their house, thanks to both of them.

Room tip: We had not the opportunity to visit other rooms so we don't know

Please know we have not been able to stay at Weekend-a-Napoli; I am writing to express my profound appreciation for the owners.
Unfortunately, a long-awaited family trip to Italy for 2022 had to be cancelled. During the planning for this trip, I chose Weekend-A-Napoli as our hotel while in Naples to visit family. From the very beginning of my inquiries to booking this hotel, Paolo has been fantastically helpful; even recommending which rooms in his establishment would work best for the configurations of our large family of 10. He even went above and beyond to arrange transportation (including car seat) for our family to get to Naples from the Rome Airport, round trip transportation including car seat to visit relatives in Ceppaloni, a tour of Naples, a pizza making class, and a restaurant for us to eat lunch before heading back to Rome (again in transportation he arranged). Although we are extremely saddened we can no longer take this trip, I am very, very happy that we had the pleasure of working with Paolo and Patrizia in arranging part of it. I highly recommend Weekend-a-Napoli; if the owners are that nice and helpful, the establishment itself must be nice as well. Thank you so much, Paolo and Patrizia!!!!

Within the lovely area of Vomero, Patrizia and Paolo's house is a place you really feel home. Why? Because these two nice people make you feel home and are always happy to give you their best adresses and tips to discover this beautiful city.
We'd have loved to spend more time in Naples and, fo sure, we'll come back to Patrizia and Paolo's house!

We will certainly come back! To go to the hotel from the Central Station we decided to get a taxi. It is also easily reachable by metro and funicolare. In a very charming neighbourhood with many stores and good restaurants around with easy access to the old town. The accommodation itself makes you feel like you are at home: from the decoration to the cleanliness!
Also what made us feel like living in the city was the hospitality from Paolo and Patrizia, always guiding us, making recommendations, booking restaurants and tours and so on.
Our best part of the day in the hotel was during the breakfast: home made cakes, fresh food, fresh juices and the possibility to speak with Paolo and Patrizia, knowing more about them, about the city and the Neapolitan people.

This is not a booking at a faceless chain hotel, but an invitation into a home. Paolo and Patrizia are so welcoming and so keen to make sure you experience and enjoy Naples from the point of view of a Neapolitan, not a tourist. Paolo pointed out the best restaurants and gelataria in the area, and made all the bookings necessary. He had all the tips and shortcuts needed to get the most out of visits to attractions and travelling on the different forms of public transport. The highlight of breakfast was the home baking, but it was a generous spread with so much to choose from. The location is excellent, a short hop on the Metro or Funicular to the centre of town, and a short walk from the magnificent views of Castel Sant'Elmo. If you want to stay in a multi-national chain there are plenty to choose from in Naples, but if you want to experience something much more personal then you couldn't do better than Weekend a Napoli.

Room tip: Positano is split over 2 levels with a super-king bed
