I have tried many hotels in Capri and finally found one to which will be returning! The staff goes out of their way to make sure all needs are met and the pool is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast not included but was able to order just a coffee from the bar in the morning. Great spot to stay.

We stayed three nights with our 13 and 14 year old sons in two rooms. Despite booking two rooms on the same floor when we arrived we were told, unapologetically, that our sons’ room was 4 floors below ours and nothing could be done about (and nothing was attempted). The hotel is beautiful and expensive and is situated in a great location. We had a great time on Capri and it is wonderful hotel expect for the front desk service. They are unhelpful, rarely smile and essentially provide little service at all which somewhat soured the experience. When one is paying Ritz Carleton/ Four Seasons rates one would expect similar service but that was not the case.

The hotel is very clean, our room was very big, the patio excellent, the view gorgeous. It was quiet, AC was very good. Breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly, very helpful. They guided us to eat at Villa Verde and it was the best food I ate. I would definitely come back here. Loved it.

Nice hotel in a convinent location with beautiful views! The breakfast was excellent and the staff was professional and helpful. The pool was beautiful. The only downside is the cost to pick up and deliver bags.

Our room was spacious including the private balcony, walk in closet, full bath and another 1/2 bath including sink and shower. The room was clean and staff was friendly. The only downside was finding the hotel. It is not accessible by taxi so luggage is left with luggage porters at the ferry terminal where the luggage was brought to the hotel. My husband lugged a small carry on with us and we wish we hadn't. Definitely give the porter everything you can! It was in a nice location that was quiet with great views and although we didn't use the pool, it was beautiful. Breakfast had plenty to offer and sitting outside enjoying it with coffee was a great start to the day. Thanks to the young gentleman at the desk, we were able to get a last minute reservation at an amazing restaurant our last night there.

Room Tip: Definitely pay for a sea view room!
