I loved to go for a walk here. Great atmosphere walking along the coastline with no cars in the way. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants too.

Very good place for walking and watching people. Along this promenade you can walk or bike ride. There are many restaurants as well as places for you to go to the beach, where you can change, shower, have a lounge chair on the sand, or something to eat.

Right and left from Piazza Salotto, this maritime corso is the place to be, to walk, to eat, to see and to be seen when in Pescara. Large enough to accomodate the influx of tourists, with bicycle lanes all along and lined with restaurants and clubs up to the new bridge, it offers the opportunity to spend a pleasant summer evening, doing what tourists are supposed to do when on holiday by the sea.

It is a beautiful place, sadly Italians put umbrellas during the summer so you can't enjoy the view of the beach and the beautiful sea. I recommend this place during autumn and spring.

A week of holiday should be a week with plenty of time. I started every morning with an hour jog trip on the road along the seaside. Perfect conditions for both pedestrians and cyclists. You can choose to find shadow or you can seek the sun here. The view is awesome and changing with bars, beaches and art. The tempo is relaxed and smoth. Clean an beatiful. The big bridge is spectacular at all times, but the industrial area in the eastern part of the promenade can easily be dropped.
