Stayed 1 night as part of our visit to Spain walking the El Camino. Very disappointing. Tiny room, no windows, 1 skylight, not enough towels....nothing close to 5 stars. Location is good in the central part of town. Staff seem friendly and accommodating.

Dear Onthego,
Thank you very much for your remark and all of us regret to have disappointed you.
Making reference to the linen you found in the room, concretely the towels, every room at least has: 2 towels in the washbasin, 2 towels in the shower, 1 towel in the bidet and 1 special towel for saving in the washbasin as well. If these towels were not enough, just dialing number 9 from your room, as we suggest everybody during the check in, you would had all the ones you needed; as we do with all our guests.
The room you took up was a slopping ceiling one with a roof window whose length is 140 x 114 centimeters. Let me repeat again, if we had known that you were not confortable in the room we would have moved you to another one, as we always do.
As you were not in touch with the hotel staff to show us your preferences I understand that you could not test the honest hospitality of the staff although you suspected it.
We would like to receive you again soon now we know your preferences.
We honestly apologize for this situation at the same time I send you best wishes from Pamplona.

Excellent location. Very pleasant staff. Rooms are spacious with excellent amenities. Lively area with many bars and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the generous breakfasts.

This is a great place for your stay in Pamplona.

We arrived during the ‘little ‘ festival of San Fermin. Pamplona was loud and busy and great. Our hotel was on the main square in the middle of it all and we could walk out on our 4th floor balconies to participate or close our windows and have a really quiet room.Staff was excellent, including helping us drive across the plaza where all signs say you can’t go!
Location superb. Beautiful room .We plan to come back!

Dear Mlimig,
Thank you for your review.
Like you say we are placed in the Main Square of Pampona just in a pedestrian area.
It is very important for us the soundproofing of 62 decibelios. Also every guests of the hotel are authorizated to drive with the car until the hotel
It will be a pleasure to assisting you again in your next visit to La Perla
Best regards

We have stayed here before several times and will most definitely stay again.
There is nothing to add to all the fabulous reviews except to say believe them and stay here. The rooms overlooking the square are best as there is always something to see and perfect for people watching! Surrounded by great bars and superb restaurants (try Europa, 3 mins walk).
Thanks to the staff who always make a stay here extra special.

- Prearrival communication was a breeze
- Arrival by car was a little tricky because the hotel is in a restricted zone, but hotel staff went out of their way to help us out
- Valet parking available at the hotel
- Location was perfect, right in the corner of the main square and surrounded by restaurants, bars and sights
- Our room faced the street and had a tiny balcony which was great for soaking up the atmosphere but was not too noisy at night times (for us)
-We traveled with a 21m toddler and had no issues during our stay
-rooms were clean, bathrooms nice
- breakfast was simple but well done

We would definitely stay here again if we came back through Pamplona on our next trip.
