Hotel very well located, breakfast satisfying , clean and staff very helpful, only Note Unfortunately important, I had to change the room after 3 sleepless nignt because of the noise very late at night because of the bar at the bottom of the alley, I understand it is in the city center but.... and also the bed which was very hard and the room smaller than expected , avoid room 380 ...ather than that my new room was much more different , 316 i think

Room Tip: "Rooms in the middle side are quieter"

Always at the reception there is water with citruses and herbs that quench your thirst instantly. excellent breakfasts. Friendly staff. clean rooms. The big minus is a noise from a fashionable young club which works from 12 till 6 in the morning-never get to sleep, it's checked!

This is a most beautiful hotel, the architect really did the most out of it. teh lobby area is gorgeous and guests are welcome to green apples- not silly fattening cookies! The staff everywhere in the hotel is competent, friendly, ready to solve problems if they arise, from the room service staff to the reception staff to the breakfast area staff. I loved the fact that mature experienced and super competent hospitality staff was involved in the breakfast area, also some young, but really one can see the difference. The breakfast is super rich and fresh, they cater even for gluten free bound guests, the coffee is very good, a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit. Trully 4 star breakfast. Wonderful discreet ambience overall.
There is also a little bar with lovely wines and snacks.
I have no complains,
I have two suggestions however: the coffee and tea making facilities offer instant nescafe :-(, I thought: ouch! such attention to detail overall and falling so low in this aspect. So easily fixable, raise to your level, which is high!
Second, is a wish that the hotel considered the extension of the snack variety.

Room Tip: quieter at the back. no particular views from the rooms,

This is a really lovely hotel. The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Best of all, it’s extremely central – all of the main tourist sites are within 15 mins walking distance. When we first arrived, reception also provided us with a great list of restaurant recommendations.

The only thing preventing me from giving a five-star review was the noise from the street. There’s a nightclub very nearby and the noise as it emptied at 5am woke us up on the Saturday and Sunday nights of our stay.

That said, I would definitely use this hotel again – only next time I’ll be sure to ask for a room at the back of the building.

Stayed on business and pleasure.

Check in was quick and easy, the member of staff was friendly.

We stayed on the top floor, although this was a slight issue as the room had a sloping ceiling effectively making it half its size for me as I’m 6”3.

The bedroom area was clean and modern, the bathroom however was very dated, probably not renovated from the previous hotels design.

But I booked this hotel for its central location and it served its purpose well. This is ideal if you want to be in the thick of things.

I would return.
