I wasn't sure what to expect, I am terrified of heights and so is my son! The people who run this company are amazing!! They encouraged us, took time to talk us through and show us every detail before we actually went up. From the driver Danny to the pilot Danny, everyone was awesome!

The flight itself, I have no words for. It is something that my family will remember for a lifetime! There is no other way to explain, you have to see for yourself!

We came as a family from the USA to Spain for a family vacation with two kids ages seven and nine. We selected this hot air balloon company based on the recommendation of the Fairmont Hotel in Barcelona that we knew would be choosy in who they select. The cost was competitive, the safety rating high and experience of the pilot superb. The communication between the company and ourselves from afar was simple and the experience itself was so much fun for our kids. Much of the overall great experience was due to the fact that the operators really paid attention to all the details that make the trip fun. From taking pictures to having technology on flight that monitors weather patterns and a friendly customer service based approach that wraps with a champagne toast once on the ground again. We really couldn’t of asked for more. Thanks!
