The food here is beautiful, lots of choice and its relatively inexpensive. You walk in and it feels like a posh restaurant just without the price tag!

The starters we had were excellent and we had paella to share for our main which was huge and delicious!

The wine selection was really good and some were so cheap!! We had a lovely bottle of white for around 9 euros.

Highly recommended!

Had a beautiful 3 course meal with wine. Would recommend the 5 hr slow roasted beef stew. Beautiful. Only thing I would have liked was another scoop of potato... just to mop up the beautiful gravy. Great selection of starters and desserts. Some of the group got steak and asked for it to be very well done and it wasn't. That was the only negative. The surroundings were beautiful and the service was excellent.

La Rita was recommended to us by a Barcelona native, so it was a bonus that it was almost next door to our hotel (Roommate Anna). The atmosphere felt upscale without being pretentious. Our meal came to only 47 Euros, which included three courses each and half a liter of wine. The food was tasty; I would describe it as the "New American " of Spanish cuisine--is "New Spanish" a thing?

People tell that there arent beautifull places with good tipical spanish food in barcelona whitout paying a lot of money. I can comfirm thay LA RITA is. We had just reached to barcelona from a foreing trip very hungry and a friend suggested us to go there. It was a complete succes. We had a menu and leave the place full stomach. Very good service, in a beatuifull place with nice spanish food.
