We walked the paths and leisurely visited restaurants tourists sites and the market. We stopped and had tapas and sangria as well.

Have to sadly say that this is really overrated, didn't understand whats so special about this street? Walked there two times during our 7 day vacation in Barcelona, and both times we just wanted to get out of the place as soon as possbile. Very overcrowded and busy, and besides some street artists, nothing much to see, and nothing felt genuine or authentic.

There are not really that many restaurants and cafés on Las Ramblas, and the ones that do exist, are really really pricey and the food is not that great. So if you are looking for a nice place to eat lunch/dinner, there are way better streets for that in the city.

Also check our belongings at all times when walking here, the place is notorious for pickpockets.

Visited in April this year. Been here before as well.
Great for people watching and strolling along enjoying the various stalls along this long long road.
There are police in attendance but still watch out for pickpockets.
There is quite a range of restaurants, some pricy but others can be reasonable.
I think it is well worthwhile just to walk down this street and have a taste of Barcelona.

We stayed at The Rialto so were virtually on Las Ramblas, lots to see and do with a variety of stalls and restaurants.

Its a tourist trap. Walked up it but everything is overpriced and bad quality. Was asked about 9 times if we wanted to buy some weed. It was just a very tacky and cheap vibe.
