Stayed for 7 nights. Near a metro station, walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and Plaza de Cataluña, wonderful friendly and helpful staff (Rut, Isaac, David, Karem and Leticia) close to some very good restaurants, very good breakfast, quiet, left nothing to desire except the illumination in the room that could and should be better and caused an unpleasant feeling as if something were missing. Very confortable bed and very good shower! We felt immediately as if we were at home.

Room tip: Avoid the rooms that don't have a window to the outside.

Stayed for 4 night stay in this vibrant city. Great location for getting to the metro( easy to use).agree with above comments re very helpful reception staff- thanks Issac.
Comfy beds, quite generous room size, plenty of towels, HOT powerful shower.fridge , kettle & small mugs to use.supermarket opposite to buy milk- took my own Yorkshire tea bags though- standards to be maintained! good choice for breakfast- cereals, fresh fruit, crunchy/ variety breads, cheeses, cold meat, scrambled eggs.Slow tea/ coffee machine making a tepid cup of tea.surprisingly quiet rooms.free wifi pack to carry round- brill idea.

Room tip: Corner rooms large n sunny, quiet- didn't hear anyone else.

Wonderful friendly, helpful staff has to be the most important facet of this hotel. The area is perfect away from the tourist crowd but close enough to walk. Some great little neighborhood cafes, restaurants and bars within a block. Well maintained, clean we loved our room at the front, the staff cautioned it might be noisy, we loved it, kept the window open most of the time, just a fun part of being in the city.

I had a lovely stay there again, Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is also handy, close to some restaurants, shops. The rooms are spacious, stay in good condition, bed is comfortable, and they had a tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which I really liked. Next trip I will be back.

Terrific location, one block to the Diagonal metro which is a hub to everywhere in Barcelona. We managed to see everything we wanted to see in the 4 days we were there, either by walking or using the metro. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and nice shower/ bathroom area. Yes the rooms are small but perfectly adequate. Excellent buffet breakfast, though serving area got crowded at times and only one slow coffee machine. All kinds of eateries near bye.

Room tip: Interior rooms have no outside window, only a view into a central shaft.
