Owner description: Granada City Tour is the 'Hop on & Hop off' service of this magical Spanish city. Our service offers you a unique experience in Granada on board our train built specially for taking you to the narrow and characteristic streets of this city. You can do the tour in a single trip or go on and off as many times as you wish to explore the city on your own. Let yourself be enchanted by La Alhambra, Jardines del Generalife and Palacio de Carlos V; go through Puerta de las Granadas, the most beautiful and historical gates in the city; look at the Cathedral, the first Renaissance church in Spain. Enjoy Granada with us!

I purchased four tickets for my family for the two day passes. Got stranded at the Mirador a San. Nicolas because they have so few buses and somany people trying to ride that they cannot put any more people on the bus. When I asked for a refund because I ended up having to take a city bus back, the staff informed me that they were unable to help beyond giving me the supervisor phone number. I would not waste money on this, as the buses are infrequent, packed, uncomfortable and unreliable.

We were a party of six visiting Granada for the first time. We picked up our pre booked Granada city cards from the kiosk in Plaza Nueva. As this included free tickets for the city sightseeing train we walked across the square and hopped on the next train. It's a great way to get round the city and find your bearings on the first day. Takes in the Albaycin and the Alhambra area as well as parts of the new city. A bit rumbly in places but overall an enjoyable trip lasting about 90 minutes.

After booking a Tour of Granada and the Alhambra last June, we were notified 4 days before that it had been cancelled. Even though it had been paid for in June 2017. Not want to miss a visit to Granada and the Alhambra, we asked our Hotel in Torremolinos (Melia Costa Del Sol), if they could help. They found a tour with Bravo Tours. What a great day. David guided us on the bus and our guide at the Alhambra (sorry forgot her name) gave our Spanish and English speaking guests an amazing , informative tour.
My suggestion, Viator is the easy fix, but your hotel deals with smaller operators, who gave us a wonderful day.

We traveled as a group of 4 and I wish I would have read the reviews here first. The bus was very bumpy and packed. They kept packing more people into the uncomfortable seats.
Furthermore the bus would stop for abnormally long time at certain stops such as the Alhambra where we ended up sitting around for 20 minutes. You don't see much and would be better off walking. If you have mobility issues just take a cab or city bus to Mirador San Nicolas and to the Alhambra. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Dear Client,

Thank you for writing a review about Granada City Tour.

We are sorry if you didn’t feel comfortable on our trains. Some of the roads of Granada are cobbled and this can made the trip less comfortable at some sections of the tour.

On normal conditions our trains only stop during a time that allow to get off the train those clients who want to get off and get one those ones who are waiting in the stop. We apologise for such a long wait since we understand how important time is during a trip.

This said, we hope you enjoyed your time in Granada and once again we apologise for the inconveniences.

Kind regards,

It is a circular tour which stops around 13 times. It is a good time to see the area of Granada and its surroundings. One can get on and off at any stop, including Alhambra Palace. They do senior reduced rates. It’s convenient, with good views along the way. However, it is very very noisy and bumpy due to the cobbled streets. I didn’t bother with the audio guide.
