Excellent location
We were warmly welcomed on arrival and given lots of very useful information especially about the restaurants now closing at 10pm.
The hotel is a beautiful 19th century building restored to a very high standard.
The hotel also has a 5* restaurant, which we also recommend

We had a wonderful time at weekend in this beautiful hotel. The staff made our stay most enjoyable. Excellent facilities in a great location. Would highly recommend it especially for families. We will be back !

Superb location! Room was very clean and we were given a covid kit: masks and gel. Breakfast was also excellent with great service. We had dinner at the hotel outdoor restaurant one night and we enjoy it as well.
Staff couldn’t have been any nicer. I definitely recommend staying there!

We spent a few nights here while exploring Granada. Very friendly staff, large rooms and parking in the facility next door. The hotel is centrally located.
My recommendation though is to request rooms that are not out to the main street but in the back of the hotel which is the modern extension.

We visited Granada for the first time and stayed at this fantastic hotel in the city.
The hotel was very beautiful especially the original historic building.
We were upgraded on checkin to a deluxe room which was a nice gesture.
Drinks and breakfast in the garden were excellent staff and service very good. Staff were adjusting to the ‘new normal’ and we felt safe at all times with waiter service for breakfast instead of a buffet and plenty of hand sanitizer stations.
Hotel in a great location handy for shops, restaurants and a. 15 minute walk to most of the main sites including Alhambra.
Highly recommend the hotel and Granada.
