This hotel is right in the center of Granada. Few minutes walk from the Catedral, 15 minutes walk to Alhambra (uphill!), but you can also take a bus. The hotel is nice, but breakfast only average. The staff was very helpful with describing attractions. Parking is a big problem here. Fortunately the hotel has cooperation with two nearby garages. If you are by car, you have to add 20-25e to your costs for parking.

Cathy at reception is just a superstar!! She made our stay absolutely perfect. She made us feel welcome and saved our day at the Alhambra by checking our ticket times without even asking her. without her we wouldn't have been there in time and would have lost our tickets. She and the lovely ladys from the breakfast team made my fathers birthday special by singing him a Spanish birthday song. Cathy always had a recommendation where to go and also the best and easiest way to do it. Also Jose the concierge who parked our car was amazing. working the trade by myself I'm just impressed by all of the staff and the hotel and I can't thank you enough for make our stay so special and running smoothly. We had a nice stay at this hotel. Arrived by car without a problem, and reserved valet parking which is very convenient. Nice breakfast. Centralky located within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shoping in Elvira Street where there are interesting stuff and restaurants. Hotel has a nice decoration and friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed. Not noisy. Recommend it for families.

In my opinion, the best this hotel offers is its central location: everything is within walking distance and there are tens of dining options around.
The staff is kind, nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel has 2 lifts, free wifi (sometimes is a little bit weak) and a computer for guests in the lobby.
Rooms are small and a little bit old, but they have A/C, flat TV, a kettle and tea bags, and en-suite bathrooms (there are hairdryers). The cleanliness is good, while the breakfast, served from 07:30 to 10:30, is cold and basic.

I booked this hotel thinking its right in the city, had good review but was disappointed.
For start, it has very bad sound proofing, I should say NO at all. All night we can not sleep.
Breakfast is just below the standard. If you want to enjoy Granada, stay near Alhambra.
