A walking tour includes this ancient house and gives an insight of how people lived and thought 500 years ago.

This was an option on our Reformation tour. It was one of the top attractions of the entire tour, don't miss it if you are interested in the Reformation. He was the lead reformer after Luther and wrote the Augsburg confession. Don't miss the book on the death, never heard about that topic before.

This is where Melanchthon lived who was Martín Luther's right hand side. Many say he was as important but somehow lesser known.

This house was the home of one of Luther's closest friends during the Reformation era. The tour is a self guided tour at a cost of 4€. The tour includes the second floor where many of the rooms are restored and restated to be as close to the time. The garden out back is recreated to how it was then. There are many artifacts and art pieces showing and dealing with Melanchthon. Some of the exhibits are presented with a modern touch. The exhibits include Melanchthon's works, portraits, medallions and artwork.

Very interesting house of one of the reformers, but the exhibits are very modern and detract from the history of the place.
