The beach was lovely with beautiful white sand- plenty of space for everyone even if the sea was cold and it was a little windy. They had a bouncy castle and slide so there was other things to do.

Perfect for a very long and relaxing walk! Walk along the sea and come back by using the forest track. Possibily to rest, eat and drink half way...

Lovely and surprising beach near our host town of Rostock... Lovely atmosphere and places to escape the tourists... Food galore and lots of happy faces... Boat trips are available and the beach is very sandy! A good place to take your love!

Warnemunde is such a beautiful place; the walk along the beach area was beautiful with flowers in bloom & sandy beach as far as we could see. Residents leave their cabanas in reserved spaces on the beach for the season; " nude beach" has a flag flying to ID area. Lighthouse at end of walkway can be seen as far as 4 miles out at sea. strange to see "SpongeBob" picture
ad in window of beachside bldg. Beautiful statuary along walkway & park

We arrive here in a cruiship and went to Rostock as we thought it wsa the most interesting spot. Fortunately we saved time to stay and visit Warnemunde. It is really worth it and shouldn't be missed by any mean. My recommendation if time allows and day is nice is to take the boat from Rostock to Warnemunde
