Had a wonderful dinner here about 2 years ago and wanted to see if the standard had been maintained. Our meal was outstanding once again. Started with champagne and initial courses focused on spring greens and vegetables. One outstanding example was a radish covered in rape seeds in brown butter which was terrific. All courses were of that standard. It is a bit quirky with sushi bar like seating, dim lighting and service by a team not a single server and some may find this unsettling. Bully runs the show and is super involved in the wine program but won't tell you what to choose but rather tries to get you to state your preferences and then matches the wine--again some prefer to be more firmly guided. If you are flexible and open to new experiences this is a place not to miss.
