After the failure to get to the Tim Raue restaurant without reservation, we were strongly recommended to check the Italian restaurant nearby.
We were cordially welcomed by the genuine Italian staff, consulted on the main menu and wine(both of which are large-a lot to choose from), and had a great dining.
To cut a long story short, several facts:
- 20 or so starters, other categories have at least 5 items, some even more. A lot of desserts;
- all dishes we had were great, which was, frankly, unexpected. (Fish soup, bean soup, burrata, tuna steak and swordfish steak. Just amazing);
- hospitable and helpful staff.
This place is perfect for having a meal, great for having a dinner out with friends and good for a romantic dinner. Just good, as the place is quite too loud for a romantic chat, and ambience isn't that fancy. But quality of food overweights all possible weak points.
