I visited the Augustiner Keller on a quiet night, we ate indoors in a comfortable, well decorated room. The staff were pleasant and friendly and the food was good.

The generous portions more than filled us up, so we had to skip dessert. All in all, it was a great experience.

Pretty inside and outside but the staff are rude and arrogant. Basically they just bark at you and don't listen. They got my order wrong but by the time it came I'd had enough of the place and just wanted to eat and leave. Food was ok nothing special. Beer was good.

We had some fab drinks at this wonderful German pub. The German beers were of the highest quality. The beers served here are very strong and well received as we lost count of how many beers we had in total. My wife and our daughter enjoyed their drinks. All together it was a very relaxing occasion with great beers and good fun with great atmosphere in a nice pub in nice settings.

Went here looking for German food and beer, the beer was good but the food was below average. The waiter was abrupt, rushed, and seemed in a bad mood. It was crowded with a 20 min wait and when it was our turn the hostess sat us at a Stamtisch, or a table usually reserved for regular customers. As we sat down, she had an argument with an elderly man seated there in German. My wife speaks German and heard him say loudly he didn’t want to have any Americans sitting at his table. (I’m American) She told him it was crowded and he had no choice, but he was now grumpy like the overworked waiter. The food came and my wife’s dish was cold and limp fries. The Augustine beer was good and the only reason I didn’t give only one star. Lots of better places in Munich.
