My family had visited this authentic bouillabaisse restaurant many years ago and it was still as delicious today! For starters we had the calamari which were succulent with tomatoes, garlic and coriander. For mains we ordered “Miramar Bouillabaisse” and added a half lobster for each. The broth and rouille were absolutely delicious and the fish plentiful - most of us couldn’t finish it all.

Our only issues were minor: the kid’s meal was a tiny piece of (delicious) fish and plenty of fries - could’ve been more generous there. Also, the fish that came with the bouillabaisse was cold - we added some piping hot broth to warm it up a little.

As for the deserts, the baba au rhum and crepe Suzette were good but definitely go with the millefieulle instead.

Service was top-notch, with all waiters very friendly and helpful.

We would definitely come back but skip the lobster and stick w the generous fish bouillabaisse!

The fresh fish from Marseille for the soup, the best Sole from maybe the region as well, they always give the best fishes.
I go there every year, and never disapointed.
Yes it is a bit expensive compare to others but god...this is so good.
Service is perfect.
Wine list if good enough and I suggest you look at the Cassis or Bandol wines,
Enjoy

This is a difficult review as this was one of the best fish soup ever as the first dish for a typical bouillabaisse. But the second part, the fish, was cold. Fridge cold.

The sad part was that the staff told me it was because they took too much time before cutting the fish. Well it was not room temperature but fridge. Luckily the soup was burning hot and finally made the whole thing warm.

Spoke with the owner and she gave me the same weak excuse. Sad. Should have recognize mistake.

So overall excellent meal. But should not take customer for idiot. Service was excellent except for the answer.

So at that price and that poor answer I can only give it a 3 stars.

Enjoyed the Bouillabaisse very much. We were able to share a portion for 2 amongst 4 people and all ended up having a good meal. Service was good and the view was lovely when seated outside.

We went to this restaurant only because we had read good reviews about the bouillabaisse. It’s an expensive dish and we were recommended not to go cheap if we wanted to have a good experience. Therefore we chose this restaurant in the old harbor.
The bouillabaisse is 69 euro per person (minimum 2) and it’s so good and so big that you’ll be full afterwards.

The staff is nice, the outdoors terrace is very nice, the indoors space must have been great in the old times, now needs a little bit of redesigning.

Remember to book you table!
