We stayed at Amun Ini after volunteering in Ormac Ciry. We found this magnificent place by accident and we are very lucky that they had room for my husband and I and our 3 kids 11, 14 and 16. The accommodations are exquisite and elegant. No detail has been overlooked. The food is spectacular and the company of the owners and staff is so personal I felt like we were visiting family. It was really hard to leave. We decided to take up diving while we were there and had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely competent and fun. They were able to create a stress free but safe environment for kids who have never been diving before and who were quite apprehensive to begin with. The coral reef that the hotel is close to is world class and full of sea life. We have travelled all over the world and we all agree that Amun Ini was the loveliest place we have ever stayed. It is perfect in every category.

Room Tip: You can't go wrong with any room.

We had the pleasure of getting scuba certified here and I truly believe there is no better place.  The coral available to see while learning how to dive was breathtaking.  Having the access to this location was as unique as they come.  The dive staff has wonderful knowledge of the local environment and is equipped to make sure you see all there is to offer.

The level of service from every staff member was impeccable, from the restaurant staff to the spa staff.  They truly make you feel that this is your second home.  The owner is always present asking for feedback to make sure your stay is memorable.

The rooms are situated facing the ocean giving you a serene atmosphere.  You can lay in bed with the sliding doors open (there are screen doors so you don't have to worry about any pesky critters coming in your room) listening to the waves of the ocean and everything else is silent.  It's certainly your own personal retreat.

The location is phenomenal, the grounds of the resort make you feel like your in paradise and the staff have genuine and contagious smiles.  You won't want to leave, I can promise you that.

My wife and I spent 10 days at Amun Ini Beach Resort & Spa. We dove trice a day and also did two night dives. We have been doing two dive trips a year for the last 14 years. Amun is by far the nicest place we have ever visited. It scored 5 out of 5 in every category.

The rooms were large, well laid out and nicely designed and decorated. The bathrooms were oversized, open and airy. The ocean view from the room was great and the balcony even better. A well-stocked mini bar was also a nice touch. The internet in the room never went down and was lighting fast and free. The television had a large number of stations.

The food was off the hook. The best we have ever had at any resort. Large servings, well prepared and the presentation was like that of a 5-star restaurant.

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Fred and his wife, Karin, were always there and took great interest in your stay ensuring that all facets were covered. Fred is one great guy that I could have spent hours talking to.

The diving was some of the best we have ever experienced. Bigs Eggert set up the dive shop and it shows. Her staff was handpicked and they are great. Jeremy is a good manager and the dive master, Lito, is one of the best I have encountered. He knows his stuff. And they don’t run short dives. Each dive was 60 minutes. Most dive sites are within 5 to 10 minutes from the resort. The furthest was 20 minutes. We saw only one other dive boat on one day and that boat came from Cebu. A long boat ride. This is a newly discovered dive location. Water temp was 83 F.

Look at their web page. Read the reviews. You cannot go wrong with this place!

Room Tip: Room 5 was the best. Get a message. They are great.

A really great place for diving and relaxing. Anda is a very good place to see different critters and mysterious animals as diverse octopuses including wonderpus, mimic octopus sea snakes and many more. The resort is a little paradise and the owner family is just wonderful and heartily. The menu is full with local and international food and the kitchen is always willing to fulfill you special wishes. Top place!!!

We were looking for a resort within Bohol which was not full of tourists, We were fortunate enough to sit beside the Owner Karin on the plane who I have to say was extremely humble as she mentioned her place was just small. After googling the website we decided it was the perfect place to conduct our scheduled photoshoot/pictorial and then time to relax.
The room we were given was fabulous and the food was to die for... let alone the stunning view and scenery with Infinity pool and private beach. If you are looking for a place that is secluded and not full of people then this is definitely the place to go. We surely will go back when we visit Bohol again.
