My only problem, being restricted to a powered wheelchair, is that the restaurant isn't on site which means going out to eat. None of the restaurants in Rocamadour open until 7pm+ so that makes it even more of an issue.

The hotel itself is OK and the receptionist spoke excellent English.

Hotel is situated on the top of the mountain above the city. Room was big, well furnished and very cozy. Bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom was big too and very clean. Staff is nice and helpful and speaks English. They have big free parking, nice pool and tennis court. Nearby hotel is great restaurant, very romantic at night but with high prices. Few meters from hotel is castle and lift station to the city. WiFi is free but not fast. In hotel and outside we found few places where you can sit with beer or wine and spend a few hours discussing with friends.

The hotel is located at the top of Rocamadour and allows quick and easy access to the city by foot or using the lifts.

It has a nice swimming pool and easy access car park.

The staff was nice and helpful.

A very nice stay overall.

Stayed in a comfortable room, very helpful staff who, even though they couldn't locate specific late night drinks, had a really good try! Lovely pool, and the adjacent restaurant was fantastic. Really good service in both hotel and restaurant. Fab.

Love the overall place where the hotel is located.
Although we have to walk out nearby restaurant for dinner, we love the alfresco setting which is awesomely romantic.
The food there was very good especially for the apple tart which was served piping hot from the oven. We all cannot forget the apple tart!!
The only setback is there is no lift. Although the staff offered to arrange the luggage to be send to the rooms, we decided to lug them ourselves instead.
In the room, there is not enough power points for charging. We have to take out the TV sockets n used it instead.
