This one-star restaurant is worth the experience (at very acceptable prices given the location!). The main room fits with the standards of Nordic atmosphere : zen, no frills, soft colors and simple shapes. The staff is young, welcoming, they provide clear explanations with a sincere smile. The cuisine is deemed to be a simplified version of Redzepi's style at Noma, with a lot of herbs and simple products like cauliflower or chicken magnified by the art of the chef. We tried the vegetarian menu and the Copenhague menu (both 4 courses including dessert). All dishes were beautiful, with food in adequate quantity. Ingredients seem to be very fresh and the cuisson is always near perfect. Service is fast enough - our dinner took less than 2 hours all included. Prices are fine given the location and the quality of the experience ; there is a very nice wine list with very good names from many regions - be careful however, drinks and wine can bring your billed amount to twice the menu price.

I was invited to the restaurant by a few business partners. Everything was excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed and recommend the beef tartare.

Had lunch there today with 2 friends. To sum up: mini portions for maxi prices even though the quality is there but one leaves the table hungry. We decided to cut it short and skipped dessert. We had started with Roederer champagne but when we asked fo a refill we were told that the Roederer was out and we were given another champagne (Philipponat) which we found to be of lesser quality. We were not even given the opportunity to taste it. Service was ok, a bit clumsy: the waiter was a bit fast in removing one of my friends' glass of champagne which he had not quite finished. We decided to go downstairs to the Flora Danica to finish our lunch. There the portions were "normal" and the service quite friendly. Nouvelle cuisine is really a hoax.

Advised by a friend who loves gastronomy, I invited my wif to celebrate our 19th marriage anniversary (well why not?). I asked a table in front of the window and it was great: especially as it was short after we got Summertime (and had lighth till 20h40).
So to start with the view is great and so is the service: discreet smiling and efficient as we like it. Quite place where the next table is far enough not to have to share their conversation.
We choosed the "menu signature" (7 dishes that not only look great but are very tasty) and "accords mets et vins" meaning the sommelier chooses a glass of wine for each of your 7 dishes. Not necessarily known wines which makes it all the more interesting.

A lot of (excellent) fish. As to the visual part of things, the chef (who's worked with the famed Copenhahen NOMA's chef and is very much talented) obviously loves the green colour as well as white and beige, which reminded me of this famous Parisian fleuriste, Christian Tortue who's flower compositions were a symphony of cream, light to dark green with some whitish yellow.

Fortunately is what you eat as interesting as what you see and worth the 150 EUR you pay for (wines & dishes)x2 = 300.

All in all a wonderfull experience with this rising star of French cuisine.

We loved the great service with nice interesting people who helped this be a great experience.
