We stayed two doors down at the Holiday Inn Notre Dame and found this lovely, little bistro a welcome dinner spot after a busy day of touring. Frank and Diane were wonderful waiters advising us on food choices for the 3 times we ate there. Wonderful duck breast in a delicious sauce, lamb shank with ratatouille, a perfectly cooked chicken with fries. Hearty and delicious, Creme brûlée and a chocolate concoction for dessert rounded off the various meals. Of course we had several glasses each of delicious wine. The bill came to about 59 euros for two people for the most expensive time of the three times we ate there. A good bargain! Great location in Place St. Michel near Notre Dame and the St. Michel metro stop. A block from the Seine. Waitstaff speak English. Inside and sidewalk seating. Look for the bright red awning!
