We stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant looking for dinner. The owners Arthur and Lusine are amazing hosts and their food is exquisite. We ate the mixed starter with aubergine rolls, tzatziki, hummus and tabuleh. Fresh, delicate, and delicious. For the main course we ate the house special, barbecued pork fillet. Marinated in Arthur's blend of herbs and spices, then slowly grilled over hot coals in a unique clay oven called "Tonir", this pork was a slice of heaven. Soft, packed with flavour yet crispy around the edges, with four amazing sides - an aubergine sauce, bulgur wheat, house chips and green beans. The house wine was great. If you want an authentic Armenian experience with a new twist, make sure you go to Le Kristo when you're in Bergerac!
