An excellent atmosphere and beautiful interior. The food is slightly pricey but overall excellent. We had dim sum starters which were very good and came with several very nice sauces and dips. For mains we had BBQ chicken and Char Siu pork. Again both very tasty, although the pork portion size was more like a starter. We finished off with a couple of cocktails - Elixir of Youth and Skull Candy - which I highly recommend. Service throughout the meal was excellent and our only real gripe was having to wait in the bar for 15 minutes (after being told a couple of minutes!) even though there appeared to be seats available and we'd pre-booked. This had also happened the time before an is no doubt a drink-buying ploy! Still, the overall experience was very good.

Hello Alex!

On behalf of all the team thank you for your feedback, it is great to read such a positive review!

Our dishes are great to share especially the small plates and Dim Sum and we are delighted you enjoyed all the courses you tried. Our cocktail menu is devised by our bar team here with all of the cocktails being completely unique to us, we will pass on your kind comments regarding these.

We are lucky to have a busy restaurant and we always allocate guests specific tables in order to have an adequate amount of time during their reservation, this does mean occasionally we ask for guests to get seated in the bar while we get their table ready, we thank you for your patience whilst doing so.

We hope that we will be seeing you back at TATTU again in the near future and thank you for your time.

Party of 3 had Chicken Xiao Long Bou, Peking Duck Bon Bons, Shanghai dumplings, Thai style monkfish, Chinese barbecue chicken & black bean baby chicken plus deserts in the picture. It was all great. Pierre was an excellent waiter.

Visited for lunch. Immaculate & beautiful decor. Nice presentation of the food with good service.
My partner & I shared the Crispy duck rolls, Chicken truffle shumai, Wagyu dumplings, Seared tuna, Crispy belly pork & the Thai style crispy chicken. Everything was good but not exceptional. For the price I thought the portion size was small & a pint of Japanese Kirin larger at £5 quite expensive.

We decided to go to Tattu for our anniversary as we had read a lot of great reviews in regards to the ambience, décor and food.
So, firstly the décor is very glam, and visually stunning, cocktails are yummy and the food is gorgeous all well-presented and appealing on the eye. I would highly recommend the Peking Bon Bon’s, Szechuan chicken buns and the mixed dim sum basket (non-veggie), yes we did have more but these are the ones that gave us ‘that’ satisfying mmmm…..omg feeling…
On towards our main and there were a couple of issues with our food, but this was soon forgotten by us, due to the manager Vasco Carvalho’s ability to provide a resolution quickly which exceeded our expectations. He would not allow us to leave the restaurant unhappy or hungry, for me this shows ultimate professionalism and commitment to the highest level which has to be acknowledged, so thank you very much for making our anniversary a very special one. I cannot recommend the service at this restaurant enough, and would gladly go back and recommend to all I know. In all this he remained calm, polite and apologetic, which showed he cared about both his role and the restaurants brand.
Our waitress Veronica was also great, although things were not going as smoothly she stayed professional throughout – thank you, again great service.
Your attention to detail, great communication skills, and ready smile made the experience even better than we expected.
I believe an amazing restaurant has to consist of 2 main ingredients great food and awesome service, Tattu ticked both boxes , highlighted in bold. Once again thank you Vasco and Veron
