The amount of people that drive the gap of dunloe! It is a flat walk with few inclines, on a good surface, so I would recommend either walking it or renting a bicycle and cycling it.

I loved the friendly horse and buggy folks who are happy to give you a ride through the gap! Loved this area. It is so scenic!

We had hired a private coach to take the ten of us on a drive through the Gap of Dunloe. The scenery was amazing. I am glad that we had our driver "Kevin" as he knew the roads like the back of his hand. He made sure we stopped at all the most scenic spots so we could take pictures. Do not miss this.

Drove from Killarney through Moll's Gap then Black Valley then to the Gap of Dunloe. Each place has a completely different landscape and amazing views. Hard to put into words the overwhelming feeling of these amazing areas. Not terribly difficult to drive (we had VW Golf), but mostly single lane so look out for oncoming traffic and the frequent sheep. Would definitely recommend!

We drove through it, not well sign posted and thought we had got lost in parts, road very narrow, not many places to pull over to on coming traffic, we met a jaunting cart and sheep on the road but all ok, it was an experience, glad husband was driving!! spectacular views though especially of the lake, worth the effort.
