€110 each to stay in 1 room. 4 ladies. Outdated bedrooms, no ceiling light, window only opened partially, no air con. But the worst was dinner.. Waited 45 minutes for two steaks... Disgusting.. Sent them back.. Offered another dish.. Chose chicken gougons for speed.. 3 arrived on a plate 20 minutes later, just 3 gougons .. Complained about the steak to the restaurant manager who said he was busy with a table of 21... In covid times... He just walked away mid complaint. Two others ordered chicken curry and veg curry and were happy with it.... Will never stay there again. He did cancel our bill for the 4 glasses of wine we had but he was most disinterested in dealing with a complaint. Breakfast was good but you can't go wrong with a fry up... Bar staff was rude to one of my friends. We booked the girlie pamper package... Never again and don't book it is my advice. Serious issues either in the kitchen or the wait staff.

Stayed here over the weekend and when we arrived the car park was full so we had no where to park. We ended up parking in Lidl across the way which meant dragging our bags across a busy road. Not a good start to our trip. We checked in and made our way to the room and our key cards wouldn't work . We tried several times and no joy . The 3rd floor was smelling of cigarette smoke so we went back to reception to be moved to another room. The receptionist wasn't very chatty and we tried to make conversation with her but she wasn't interested in talking to us. Got moved to the first floor. Room was dark and dull, stains on the carpet. Not impressed for the money we paid. Tried to get a drink back to our room was told we couldn't. Might was well have stayed at home. Long queues for breakfast. Food wasn't great. I wouldn't stay here again.
