We were told check in at 3 and when we arrived at 3 we were told it would be at least another hour before room was ready which was slightly inconvenient as we had already been hanging around since 1 o clock. Out of the two women at desk only one showed any interest in us. Nice clean and comfortable room though

I stayed here on a Saturday for one night, as it was a friend's birthday we were heading so it is ideal as it is perfectly central, a few minutes walk from everywhere you would need for a night out, not to badly priced at €50 pps on room only basis. We also had dinner here before heading out, food quite good and reasonably priced for Killarney, a busy hotel for Hen nights and stags again because of its location, so wouldn't recommend for young children as it can be abit noisy, it has limited parking at hotel but around the corner (2 minute walk) there is a bigger parking area so it shouldnt be a problem. Nice staff, as my friends stayed in room beyond check out time which was 12pm, they left room at 12.50pm, but wasn't a big deal and were not charge, but a later check out can be organised if needed so best to ask on arrival, all in all a good hotel in the heart of Killarney, would stay again.

We stayed here in a triple room for one night. We were just looking somewhere to sleep before continuing on our journey the next day so we picked this place as we thought the price of €160 bed only rate was reasonable for what their website shows as their rooms.

These rooms in the photos may be somewhere in the hotel but not ours. It was so outdated. The room had mould on the window and in the bathroom. The heat also would have knocked you out. It was far too warm. There was tea and coffee etc but no kettle which I thought was strange. There is a lift to some of the floors but there's windy corridors with 2 or 3 steps enroute to the room.

The bed linen was clean but the mattresses all 3 of them were horrific. They squeaked and creaked all night and you could feel every spring in your back. The floor boards also freaked outside the room too when people passed.
The carpet had lumps of hair in the carpet which wasn't very pleasant

The location of this hotel is fab and the staff were very nice and professional. No complaints about that at all.

They do have very limited parking but there was no spaces when we arrived so we had to park in the public car park around the back.

Overall I wouldn't stay here again as there was nicer hostels for less money. If you were to book here I would ask that you get a room that they use for promoting themselves online as they do look decent.
