Stayed here before but felt that the hotel has deteriorated. The walls need a paint. They were dirty & marked. One part of the wall in the room was smashed in. The room door looked like it had been tampered with. The general upkeep was poor. I felt dirty leaving the room & wouldn’t like to have been in the room on my own! The mirror in the bathroom was broken & they put an extra layer of glass over one part to cover it up!The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s fine for a night but no longer!

Dear Reviewer,

Thank you for your review. I am glad you found the location excellent. I was most concerned to read your review as we pride ourselves on having the highest standards of cleanliness. My sincerest apologies that you found the general upkeep was poor and I will pass this onto management. May I thank you for your comments and I do hope you will reconsider your decision not to return to the Hotel in the future and allow us an opportunity to restore your faith in us.

Kind regards,

For the price I paid to stay in this hotel for 7 days I was disappointed with the quality of the hotel rooms and generally the noise pollution of the hotel guests. The hotel bedroom doors see the heaviest and loudest doors I have ever experienced in my years of working abroad. The constant slamming of the doors, noisy guests in corridors, and constant traffic hum was endless. I couldn't wait to leave.

I stayed here the night of the hurricane when I got stuck in Dublin. The room was great, clean and comfortable. But what struck me most was the great efforts the staff were going to, especially when I went for food, to make sure everyone was being looked after. They were courteous and friendly, and run off their feet. The fish and chips were superb too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place.

me and a friend stayed here as we found a last minute deal, and thought it looked lovely, staff where very friendly, our only problem was transport to the hotel, we ended up getting a taxi that ended up costing us a fortune!
other than that it was close to the town centre, and we hardly stayed in our room, we where always out doing something!
Bed's are very comfy!

Nice, cozy place, near the city with bus stops in front of and friendly staff! Quite big rooms and nice mattress for people who love sleeping well! A little bit expensive but with all facilities someone might need!

Close to the hotel there is a spa centre with Jacuzzi and Hamam for those who love spa relaxation! But a ticket from the reception and benefit up to 50% discount! We paid only 7.5 euros per person for unlimited time! It is worthy! We enjoyed it!
