They try to save house keeping work and do not make the room saying that want to save the planet where they want to save their money , we request there times the same room and the room was not maid .
So be prepaid to arrive to your room and find your room undone to save the planet !!!

Stayed for 4 nights with My husband and 2 kids. Rooms was lovely and comfortable and breakfast was delicious but unfortunately the goings on outside the hotel let it down my kids witness fights and people vomiting and urinating in middle of the day and junkies coming and going all day with Drugs being passed. This is not a family friendly hotel and would not recommend it for young kids

Hotel is lovely - but the noise is next level from outside even with windows shut theres crowds of people hanging around. So so loud. Not worth the money. Bathroom could do with a revamp aswell - a lot of mould. Request a quiet room not facing laneway.

The room has a very good size , the executive room .The bed is comfortable and the soundprofing is good. The bathroom has shower and bathub,it has the defect of having the toilet too low
there is parking facilities, is very near of the bus station and it,s 5-10 min walking to the most populares street
The breakfast is good , has fresh fruit , the cofee is not so good

Hotel is very central to the city of Cork.
The attending staff were always smiling and all so very helpful.
The room was airy and bright and extremely clean. Pillows were insanely good.
Breakfast was fabulous. Self service of everything from cheese and mousses to the full Irish with all types of bread . Fast flowing to allow a massive of breakfast folk get seated fast . The staff were running around topping up all areas to ensure all new arrivals had the same benefits as those in earlier. Lovely coffee too. Keep up the Trojan work Everyone. Keep smiling you were all top class
