A must!

A fantastic experience! Staff incredibly attentive without being intrusive. Best breakfast of any 5 star hotel I've been in Ireland. Room very spacious with really comfy beds. Loads of ' nooks and crannies' with seating to relax and read. Delightful surprise of an aviary in beautifully kept gardens. Immaculately clean and quiet pool area with the delightful outdoor hot tub! Excellent menu options and extremely high quality. Would highly recommend the five course menu... amazing! Location extremely convenient to both city centre and the wonderful Bunratty Castle and gardens. I will definitely be returning.. sooner, the better!!

Afternoon tea &treatments with family

Visted the Hayfield mannor today with my mam ,sister and sister in law for my birthday month we all had afternoon tea which was exquist the staff we very accommodating but weren't excessively checking on us which was great but at the same time checked to see were we OK twice.the 4 of us has treatments afterwards the therapists were lovely especially my therapist Karen.i would definitely be returning here.

Room tip: Nothing at this time

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay and an excellent service from top down. We met the ever-hospitable General Manager Evander, who warmly welcome us around. The Hayfield Manor has this unique, Irish, family friendly hotel feel without a hint of stuffiness and everything about the stay was relaxing.

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY

We have stayed at this beautiful hotel many times and are always appreciative of the personal service and professionalism of the well-trained staff. Dining at both Orchids and Perrott was exceptional. Breakfasts are sumptuous! Rooms are beautiful and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Date night gone great

We did not sleep here, but had a great 11th anniversary dinner. We arrived early and went to Bloom for a cocktail before and was not disappointed! Ibai and Olivia were super helpful and took the time to explain the cocktail menu! After the cocktail, we went to the Orchid restaurant and my oh my! Brilliant service, amazing food and great tunes from the piano man! It made our night unforgettable! Thanks everyone in the hotel and we will be bqck hopefully before our next anniversary!
