Super comfy bed, large clean room

Great location, large clean room, super comfy bed, plenty of space for clothes and toiletries
No hairdryer or decaf coffee but received when requested
Great diner attached which did great food and open early to late
Lots of parking and no motorway noise despite being very close to the motorway - perfect hotel central to everywhere we needed to be
Only downside was a slight smell of smoke throughout the hotel corridors despite being non-smoking hotel - but wouldn't stop us staying again (and we had a fire alarm at 2am apparently caused by someone having a long shower....)
staff were all friendly and helpful

Thank you for your review of our hotel. Its great to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the rooms comfortable and I am delighted to hear that the staff have looked after you. Unfortunately, when the fire alarm is activated, unintentionally this time, we have to put safety first. Remember for your next visit to Cork, that the best rates are always found on our our website. Great Staff

Really Helpful and Friendly Staff, Martha went over and above to give me her own Herbal Tea when there was none available in the room! She also changed us to a back bedroom when I was concerned about traffic noise.

a pleasant hote at reasonable price to stay

Very clean hotel: cosy room, clean useful bathroom,, quiet place, helpful service and what's most important for us: pet friendly - highly recommended! The only disadvantage was a restaurant where we took our breakfast: very cold and smelled terribly..

Short stay

Friendly. Clean. Efficient. Car parking on site. Excellent value.
I did not have breakfast as first meal of the day in the attached Diner would not be for me. (my problem - not the Diners I hasten to add).
This is not 5 star, nor does it pretend to be, but for all round rating in it's class at the price it is excellent

Worst hotel experience

I did not enjoy my stay it was terrible there are bugs everywhere and I can’t even go down to reception without the smell of smoke and my cousin has asthma so it she couldn’t go down often. Wouldn’t recommend the stay to anybody the only good thing was checking out. My first room service person was terrible and rude but the second was so lovely. I would’ve preferred to pay a higher amount than stay in this dump.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I am sorry to here that you were not completely satisfied with your stay here. We do take all comments very seriously. We do have a registered pest control company that we work with very closely. They do come to service the hotel on a regular basis. Our hotel is non-smoking throughout. All guests must go outside to smoke.
