Forget about using the pool as a family. Below 16s not allowed in Jacuzzi, steam bath nor sauna. Baby pool are only for under 2s and the main pool is way too small, where lap swimmers are prioritized. Families are just not welcome.

Breakfast is mediocre and dinner is bad. Insufficient number of staff, though very nice. Food was way under par-Penne with tomato and Basil tasted like a jar of ready made bolognese was thrown in and that was it.

Parking at the hotel is horrendous. Very small lots and not organized well. Expect to get a scratch(dent) or two.

Hotels furnishings (furniture, carpets, curtains,etc) are in a dire need of repair and upgrade.

I won’t recommend this hotel at all.

Stayed with my partner for 3 nights. We found the room to be fairly small but sufficient for our needs, it was clean including the bedding and the bathroom.

Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided alongside a hair drier which was useful as we were hand luggage only. The staff kept the room clean daily and changed the cups and glasses we used.

The main bus stops and city centre are within about 10 mins walk, the area the hotel is in looks a bit suspect but we had no issues.

On our last day we had a late flight and the hotel kept our bags safe while we made the most of the day.

The only disturbance we had was that we overlooked the car park and 2 male drivers were involved in a long and heated stand off although there isn’t much the hotel could do about their childish behaviour!

Would stay again if we came to Cork in future.

A good location, only a short walk into the town centre.

The inside looks nicer than the outside and cannot fault the staff, who are friendly and attentive.

Rooms were an okay size and on the first day was treated to a few treats (cakes) in the room when we arrived.

Overall I would recommend and had no major complaints.
