Went in here with a friend who loves Christmas ,no greeting from shop assistant, no conversation at all apart from the price of bauble friend bought , no thank you or goodbye . My friend said perhaps she was offish because we are English I said I thought the assistant herself was English. won't be returning not a good advertisement for this business or the town.
Visited this lovely wee shop while staying in the area for a few days. I always like to purchase a Christmas bauble when visiting a new place, my Christmas tree has 15 years of memory decorations and it brings those happy times back to mind. A great selection of decorations available from all price ranges and most can be personalised on the spot. I purchased a few small items at £1.50 and some baubles in the £4-6 range. All items were individually bubble wrapped then wrapped in festive red tissue paper. No matter what time of year pop in for a visit, you can't help but smile.
After traipsing all over the place found just the right wreath-making ornaments in this tiny sweet shop with a year-round Christmas atmosphere. A bit pricey but does the heart good and worth a stop if you're in Pitlochry searching for holiday decor.
This is a lovely wee shop, we always venture in when we are in the neighbourhood- it smells festive and has lots of choice in a small space
We popped into The Christmas Emporium while we were in Pitlochry on Wednesday. Although small, the shop has plenty of items on offer.
We purchased a lovely bauble and the staff member, who I think was the owner, gave us a little extra information on the product before packaging it for us.
They had a Christmas tree on display which sprays out polystyrene balls which are caught in a tray at the bottom. Unfortunately they did not have any left but the lady happily took our details to get in touch should any become available.
All in all, lovely wee shop. Have only given 4* as a bit cramped however I understand they have plans to extend. We look forward to visiting again the next time we are in the area.
Made a point of visiting this shop but not over impressed. A reasonable selection of decks but felt the title of emporium suggests something more upmarket. Guess it probably does well from passing day trippers but not worth a detour.
