Well organised, informative and fun cruise. Oh and a bar! 90 minute long trip to seal seals, mussel beds and salmon farm in the loch.

Took part in a seal island cruise and evening cruise and it was so pleasant we all left with a smile and feeling uplifted. the experience from ticket office to disembarking was amazing. the views where just picturesque. so glad that we done the trip. the commentary during both cruises was relevant, to the point and comical in places

Two minutes after we left the pier on the 90 min tour to Seal Island, the heavens opened. Boy did they open. Horizontal rain for the whole 90 min trip.
Ask me any question about rain, because i am now an expert.
Got to the "island" and even the seals stayed out of sight

OK, the boat company cannot guarantee good weather, but to me, what should have happened on our return, is that we were all given the chance of a " come back again on a dry day for a half price trip"
This would be a "win - win". We get the chance to enjoy the trip and the boat company gets more money out of the same bodies on the lousy trip.
This would be good PR and a "win-win"
just a thought.

The cruise was very informative! We saw the Harry Potter steam train before learning about local industries including logging, salmon & mussel fishing. Then we were treated to seeing seals and pups on a small rock. The insights into diving depths and submarines was fascinating. The guide, Carl, was so knowledgeable and I really felt it was the highlight of our time in Fort William. We even saw an Eagle. Just do it!

We took a cruise to see Seal Island, basically a rock in Loch Linnhie. The skipper kept a running commentary while we cruised to our destination pointing out salmon and mussel farms. He also did a comedy act in between.
There were lots of seals to see and the boat moved around so that people got a good view.
The staff were wonderful and kind.
