We enjoyed two nights are this well appointed small hotel. Comfortable rooms with all the usual amenities - good sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom, high end toiletries and great beds.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is promptly served. We had dinners both nights in the restaurant - food is excellent quality and good sized portions. Very tasty. Great selection of gins and scotch whiskies.

Excellent location on the main street - easy to find and central to the area for other attractions - such as the various lochs and the steam / Jacobite train to Maillaig.

Room Tip: All rooms are excellent - will need to climb a flight of stairs

Stayed here yesterday and all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Browns restaurant (which is part of the hotel) was also very good - just make sure you book as they will almost certainly be booked up

We got a family room for 3 adults and it was fine, not incredibly spacious but it worked well enough. Spotlessly clean rooms and bathroom, plenty of hot water. Good food in the restaurant. Walking distance into town. We used it as a base for exploring the area, mountain biking, munroe bagging and general pottering and this was an excellent base. I recommend it

My Fiance and I stayed here while visiting Fort William. The hotel is fresh and modern and our suite was spacious and airy, consisting of a lounge area with two comfy sofas and a large TV and a separate bedroom with en suite.
My only complaint about the room was the hairdryer,I'm a hairdresser and the dryer works by keeping the button pressed down, not easy when trying to dry and style your hair,it keeps cutting out and ends up sore on your finger. My hair would have been dried in half the time with a normal dryer/switch.
We booked Browns restaurant for dinner on our first night. The dining room is modern and sleek looking. The menu is good and the food was excellent. The staff are all friendly and professional.
Highly recommend this lovely hotel and will no doubt return some day, hopefully soon !
