This lovely cafe is tucked away down by the 15th century bridge over the Eden estuary where the pilgrims walked on their way to St Andrews. It was only recently that I discovered it after lockdown eased but what a find! The coffee is excellent and the home baking a real treat, especially the scones. You can sit outside under shelter if the weather is unseasonal or inside in the cosy cafe. Around the little courtyard you can visit the antique centre, an attractive jewellery shop and a super little ice cream parlour. The owners have very shrewdly placed a number of bike racks for the many cyclists who cross over the old bridge! The staff are so welcoming and friendly that you cannot fail to enjoy your visit!
