We stopped going into Quins a few years back because we felt that the standards were off and the prices high. Recently we popped in for coffee and a scone and were sufficiently happy to come back for lunch. Accessible for wheel chairs and plenty of nearby parking at Tesco. The service was prompt and the prawn cocktail good. The tomato soup unimpressive. We both had fish and chips and everything was hot and nicely presented. We also had coffee and we felt that the meal was of a reasonable standard and value for money. We shall be back.
