Central for St George’s market, Dublin Road and the centre of Belfast, pretty close to the main bus depot too. Staff were great, including allowing left luggage before and after the stay, for a small donation to charity.

Check in was straightforward
Room is usual premier inn standard, comfortable bed ( minus top sheet, only had mattress protector on)
Shower over bath, all clean and efficient.
On returning from our meal (wish was delicious) our room was too warm for us so we turned off heating and opened the window, (10pm) outside noise was usual for city centre which we expected to ease off.. but no, the noise continued right through the entire night, (24 hour gym right outside hotel, we heard every noise, including speaking over microphone early hours of morning! The purpose of our stay was to get refreshed after a chaotic Christmas period .. Such a restless night sleep that we went home feeling exhausted! We had planned a day around the city but instead went straight home.
Very disappointed with the way our complaint was handled, very loud receptionist drew attention from other guests and staff but her tone and volume, causing us to feel embarrassed. She also suggested that we were lying as the security does hourly walks and never reported any noise!
Our family use premier inns quite a lot during the year and have never been spoken to in such rude manor, premier inns are always friendly and cheerful. We won’t let this pit us off using other branches however we will never return to Alfred Street.

I stayed one night with my wife in this conveniently positioned hotel close to the city center. Quiet street, close to St George's market (disappoining) and the shopping center. At walking distance from the Aircoach bus stop in Glengann Street. We were given a large double room with tub. Basic facilities included hairdryer and tea/coffee boiler. Silent in the night. Continental breakfast with a good selection of cakes and cereals. Friendly assistance at the reception (our thanks to Ms Bonita)
