We stayed at The Harrison for a luxury night away in the midst of chaos.

As soon as we arrived we had a great welcome from Mel and her team, who showed us to our room. There, we were met with a 4 poster bed, great views, a freestanding slipper bath and quirky original furniture and original features.

The team brought us coffees, along with glasses for our wine, and we settled in for the night. Due to local restaurants being closed due to Covid regs, we ordered in and again the staff looked after us by getting plates and cutlery.

The bed was luxurious, very comfortable and great linens, and with no TV in the room, it was the perfect relaxing atmosphere.

A superb hideaway close to QUB, Botanic, and the City Centre with strong WiFi. Definitely worth the stay, even if, like us, you're a local.

My wife and I went to the hotel for an overnight and stayed in the Bronte suite. It was amazing, very unique with so much history and character. We loved the stand alone bath in the room and the complimentary vegan friendly showering items. The breakfast was continental and was very tasty. Mel was a fantastic host and nothing we asked for was any bother to her. #Supportlocalbusiness # visit the Harrison

If you enjoy the quirky things in life then you’ll love The Harrison!
Owner, Melanie, welcomed us personally with the background to the building and showed us a variety of rooms - each with a different story.
Our room was beautifully decorated and provided the comfort we were looking for. No TV but it didn’t bother us. At present there is no bar or restaurant but many within walking distance.
We eat In The Barking Dog and loved the food and service.
The next morning I walked beside the Lagan river towpath and arrived back to a fab, pipping hot power shower.
Our host arrived with the most beautiful continental breakfast with freshly made croissant and homemade oats.
All in all the is accommodation won’t suit anyone that wants the functional international brand hotel but it will give you so much more personality with a Belfast twist.
You’ll want to return again and again.
Thanks Melanie. See you again soon.
