This was such a pleasant surprise! Our usual hotel was unavailable, so we managed to get two rooms at The Flint. Beds are comfy, spacious rooms with a small sofa, table with two chairs and a kitchen with every thing you would need! Staff at Reception are all friendly and helpful. They provided us with replacement shower gel, which they have in a stock 'cupboard' behind them. They were happy to hold our suitcases after we checked out and ordered a taxi when needed.
You can get a taxi to the Titanic Belfast Museum, which is a great way to learn and enjoy a couple of hours, including a walk-around the SS Nomadic moored outside the museum. We walked back along the river and through the city to take in the sights.
The hotel was central to Belfast and surrounded by lots of restaurants, the Grand Opera House is around the corner, where we booked tickets to see Beautiful - Carole King the musical - absolutely fabulous show! The hotel is also around the corner (literally!) from Irish Ticket Tours which we had used to book a day tour to the Giants Causeway. We had bought some breakfast items from Centra on the square, to have on the Sunday morning in our rooms, prior to walking one minute to the coach point around the corner. Having the kitchen and crockery and utensils, just made our stay that more relaxing. :)
One morning we had breakfast at Harlem Cafe which had a great choice for vegetarians and is definitely worth a visit.
We would definitely come here again. :)
