Fantastic location nx to the bus station for a link to the airport .Our room overlooked the mountains, was very spacious and clean ,staff were polite and helpful, good choice at breakfast both continental and cooked .I would reccomend the day coach trip to visit Castles ,dark hedges and Giants CausewayMore

Stayed at this lovely hotel mid week, the rooms were great breakfast lovely with lots of choice, all the hotel staff were polite and helpful, especially Lauren on reception , I would highly recommend thus hotel.

Will never stay at any other hotel it ticks all the boxes staff, location and cleanliness. Have stayed here about 6times and it never disappoints. Would definitely recommend it. Prices are the best value..

The warm welcome and the cheerful and helpful staff made this a very enjoyable city break stay for us.
Our room was very modern and comfortable and the breakfasts were lovely with lots of choice. We were aowed to store our luggage prior to departure and given a free breakfast before checking in early.
Everyone on reception was lovely especially Victoria and Greta who were both so helpful.
To be highly recommended.

Warm reception, Victoria was very helpful and warm. The room was clean and comfy. Clean hotel, good breakfast with several fruit selection, the Europa bus station is just around the corner, short walk to city centre!!

Great hotel great location and brilliant hotel staff , could not ask for more. Would highly recommend this hotel if coming to Belfast for exploring and sightseeing. City centre close by and in walking distance.
