We stayed for 1 night on Sat 29th May on a dinner B & B deal. The rooms are what you expect with Premier Inn. The meal deal was not great. Side portions on the dinner meal were tiny and not all food advertised was on the plate. Breakfast was awful, I can appreciate the covid restrictions but, advertising all you can eat breakfast was a nonsense. We were told there was a short of sausages so were only allowed 1!!. Our order was taken and it nearly an hour to arrive. When it did arrive the portions were small, bacon was burnt and again food that was ordered not on the plate. I was still hungary after eating my breakfast but observing how chaotic breakfast was and the feeling our sitting had finished we decided not order any more food....very disappointing. This would not put me off staying here or any other Premier Inn in the future, while restrictions are in place I would recommend you avoid the meal deal....especially breakfast.

Great location, very friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Excellent value for money. Breakfast is a bit pricey and not great, plenty of places to eat out around the hotel. But overall a great hotel, cheap and cheerful.

I particularly enjoyed the warmth and welcoming of the receptionist. They made feel very comfortable and even gave me good suggestions of places to eat when I asked. They’re one of the most friendly people I’ve ever met as hotel staff and for this reason I highly recommend staying here.

Well done to ALL the staff of cathedral quarters Belfast hotel , the staff where very friendly amd informative at check in and when we asked allergy questions about the dinner menu for our child who has milk and soya intolerances , nothing was a problem and they fully explained the allergy sheet for us to have a look at ourselves.
We went for the dinner and breakfast meal deal and although the menu was limited , anything we ordered was lovely , it’s a very difficult time for the staff and management with covid, but I feel they have dealt with it very well and trying their best to cater for guests with the least disruption as possible, whilst also adhering to the guidelines.
Very rare have we visited places that are able to accommodate our soya and milk allergy child with such a great breakfast menu!! For the first time ever, we got toast! She had such a lovely breakfast with sausages , bacon egg and beans , and she ate every bite !! Yous are doing a fab job guys ! We will be back hopefully very soon !!
